ICT 2010 – Brussels, Belgium, September 2010

The MICIE Project integrated the ICT 2010 Exhibition, showcasing the prototype of the MICIE Platform.

A number of application components of the MICIE platform were demonstrated, including the Secure Mediation Gateway (SMGW), the Risk Prediction Tool, the Fault Isolation and System Reconfiguration (FISR) Tool, the MICIE simulator and the RESCI-MONITOR toolset.

ICT 2010 had more than 5,000 participants, and the MICIE Exhibition enjoyed considerable interest by the audience.

ServiceWave 2010 – Ghent, Belgium, December 2010

The MICIE Project participated in the joint ServiceWave 2010, FIA and FIRE Demonstrations (part of the Future Internet Conference Week) demonstrations, with a prototype of the core MICIE platform (composed by the SMGW and the Risk Prediction Tool), based on a reference scenario of electric utilities and telecommunications operators.

More that 2500 participants from all over Europe attended this event, and the MICIE Demonstration received substantial interest.
